her: The 3rd/4th? Sure…should I get a babysitter? Dec 22 2:25pm
me: Sounds like a plan…Saturday night? Dec 22 2:27pm4
her: Cool Dec 22 2:28pm
not really sure what we’re doing. just sort of going with the flow at this point.
it’s funny since our coworker’s daughter is babysitting for her.
get to her place at 5 and she is finishing up feeding the baby. babysitter is there already so we head out.
while we are driving there she tells me that she was told about a job closer to her house. currently we work together downtown in adjoining cubicles. it would be sad if she left, but it would work out much better for her since she had two kids (one in kindergarten and the other is now 10 months old).
we went to this cuban place called habana vieja not too far away. the food was pretty good. she got the ropa vieja and i got something similar with a different sauce.
then bowling. there was a wait so we went to the bar and both got jack and cokes. our lane was ready and we’re both super competitive so it was pretty fun. she won the first game and i won the second one. we were going to do a third one originally, but didn’t end up doing it. there will be a rematch. she did take pictures of each of the end scores. i’ll probably ask her for those.
we had back towards her place and we stop at the store to get ice cream. get home and have some ice cream with the babysitter and chill for about an hr, talking and whatnot.
not really sure if this was a date or not. we do have some “history” together which i wrote about before. she did wear makeup, but this is something she might do anyway, not really sure. i also paid for everything. well except the ice cream and the babysitter.
not really sure what we’re doing. a while back when she moved into her new place i visited and we got lunch (some cheap chinese food i paid for).
still unclear what we’re doing. but oh well. someone here told me she just wanted attention and that is possible. hmmm....
