I’m one of those people that when I’m upset I just can’t eat. I’ve never been one to pig out when I’m upset. It’s been 5 days since I’ve actually ate good. I made myself eat a few bites of dinner tonight and I’m hoping my appetite will come back soon.
I get nauseous when I’m upset and food just doesn’t appeal to me. My dad was the same way. My mom was completely opposite. She would chow down on ice cream and cake. I guess it made her feel better.
I can’t wait to feel better. I wish it would hurry up.
