I would really like to understand why people enjoy talking on the phone. If you’re reading this, please tell me about it. What do you like about it? Why do you prefer talking on the phone over texting, chatting, or other forms of communication? What is the big draw to making a phone call?
If you are one of those people who calls people back-to-back-to-back (get off one long phone call and immediately call someone else for a similar call), what’s that about? What’s the goal, or what do you get out of it?
