This is one of many attempts to keep a stable diary on Prosebox. I made a few days but then stopped, and now I remembered I’m starting over again, and since it’s February and not that far into the year, I figured now is the perfect time.

Now, I’ll be honest with you. Currently, life is not the most interesting, not compared to the other wonderful people on this site. It seems people on this site have soap operas as their lives, but I’ve always liked writing/journaling, and even if this diary ends after some months, which is predictable, but hopefully lasts a little longer than that, and future/older me finds them… I guess the only thing I have to say is;

“Hi! How’s life going!?”

Currently, I am in my bedroom. Mum and Dad are decorating the upstairs landing of our house, and tomorrow they are visiting my sister. I’d explain what happened to my sister, but it is a long, long story that even with all the time in the world I could never truly explain properly. Just know. She’s autistic, had a severe mental health crisis we couldn’t handle, and made the hardest decision to put her into assisted living with people who could actually give her the support she needed.

Whilst my parents are away, I’ll be doing some online training for the new job I should hopefully have soon. I did some today, but I didn’t complete it because I wasn’t in the right mindset and kept getting distracted.

Yesterday, my Toronto Maple Leafs hoodie arrived, despite being from the UK, I am obsessed with Canada and Ice Hockey, and my favourite NHL team are the Maple Leafs. That is all for today. I want to promise I’ll remember to write daily, but I always end up breaking it, so instead I’ll just promise to write when I can/when I remember to.

Dear diary,

Today was an ‘okay’ day. It had it’s Ups and Downs. Mum and Dad went to see Rachel. I stayed at home. I had my online training for work, and I also worked (kinda) on my Vinted Shop. I thought I had a delivery coming, but there was a delay, and it’s in Northern Ireland.

I had a wobble today. I had doubts about my potential future job at Keycare, but I’m also looking forward to it. Tomorrow Mum is shopping as usual on a Thursday, and Dad is back to work tomorrow.

Dear Diary,
Another day, I remembered to write. I won’t celebrate too soon as I don’t want to jinx it. Today, nothing particularly exciting happened. I did part of my online training for my new job, and Mum went shopping.

However, we also had an issue with the boiler. It flooded. Not drastically, but enough for my Mum to get stressed, so until that is fixed, we have no heating and no hot water, worst timing ever when it’s February and in Manchester.

I have my Universal Credit Appointment tommorrow. The most pointless thing in the universe, the only reason I go is that I’m scared of them and I want my money!

Yesterday, Grandma took me to my Job Centre Appointment. We didn’t get Costa (Coffees), but she did buy me a Cheese & Ham Bagette from Greggs (which was mid) and a Summer Berry Oasis.

Not much else happened. The boilerman came, and we had Pizza for tea, which was chicken wings, potato wedges, and my favourite Tomato & Margherita tear N’ share bread.

I watched the Winter Olympics and enjoyed a day off from my online training, as I’d been doing it almost every day. Dad is going away for a week for some Archery thing, so we had Mum’s homemade Lasagna as his going-away meal (IDKW)

Dad went to his Archery thing today. So it was just mum and me. We had Cumberland Pie. We’re going out together tomorrow.

Mum and I delivered our Vinted via Inpost at our local Nisa. We drove down the Co-op in the Village, where I got myself some lunch. I have more stuff to deliver tommorrow so I’ll probably get lunch in the Village again.
