Just popping on for a minute.
It’s Saturday morning. The weather is absolutely fantastic!!
I’ve already had my morning bike ride on the trail that goes from the university campus (right outside my front door) all the way across uptown and almost downtown. They’ve blocked part of it because of a construction site. Every Saturday when the weather’s nice, I ride this trail down to the construction site and back. It winds through beautiful neighborhoods (more houses that are waaaaaaaay too expensive for me to probably ever afford) and down through trendy condos and townhouses that back right up to the trail. It’s a great ride…pretty easy. Not very hilly, although going down to the construction site is actually a slight downgrade, so getting back home is harder!! Good workout. I’d like to actually wander of the trail at some point. It would be even better to have someone to go with and just swing off the trail for a light breakfast and then go back to riding!
…ahh someday.
But today I am busy! I have about a million errands to run and I’m working on a project for work that I’d like to have done in time for a meeting that I have with my boss on Tuesday.
So off to shower.
Gads, I’m boring! But I guess it’s good to keep a number of entries while I’m feeling peppy and energized to balance out the entries I write when I’m feeling crappy.
