It’s Almost Time! (Part 2) in Open Diary 2001-2018 (Pre-Prosebox)

This is the guided tour of my apartment, continued from the last entry.

So as you cruise the living room, you can’t miss the fake fireplace. Someone who lived here before put in the built in bookcases (which I love…you can see them in the previous entry) AND this strange little box of wood that’s supposed to be a fireplace. It’s seriously just a box of wood! Odd and kinda cheesy, but I do like the fact that they added a mirror, though.

And next to the living room is the sunporch. It’s just a little sitting area. I wish it were a little bigger, but I really like sitting in there and drinking coffee and looking out over the park.

I know you’ve already seen the little bedroom, but I’m posting it again just so that you’ll have the full effect of the place. So here it is:

Between the two bedrooms is the one teeny tiny bathroom. Yes, the red one. It’s the only room in the place that I’ve painted (so far), and I do really love what paint can do to a space. If I end up staying, I can’t wait to splash color all over the place! Oh…and tile the floor in this bathroom.

Anyway, here’s how part of it looks:

Boy, I’m getting so much done here at work this morning! I’ll add the rest of the photos after I get some other stuff done. Gotta spread out the goof-off time, ya know. I’ll save it for when I need another break. Now, I’m off for another cup of coffee before I dig in…
