[Freyjah] gave me a suggestion that might possibly help my relationship. She suggested that I change Grrrr’s name to something a little more “positive” sounding.
I don’t know if a background is really needed, but the name Grrrrr comes from his last name. Way back when we started dating, Best Bud asked what his last name is, and told her and then spelled it, but I added an extra “r” to the end, and she pronounced it back to me, and it sounded just like, “grrrrrr!”
Hence the name. It stuck!
But I think [Freyjah] might have a point, especially when I found myself calling Grrrr a “grumpy old man” last night. Doesn’t matter why, it’s the fact that I did!!
What can I call the man I’m going to marry? I love him dearly despite allllll the baggage and the grumpiness and the….grrrrrr!
