Things I LOVE about myself today:
I am realizing that things are not as scary as they might seem.
I am gathering the courage to get back out there: carrer-wise, and romantically (may not quiiiiite be ready for romance), but finally getting excited for change.
I can be taken seriously again and I know that the more effort I put into something, the more I’m going to get out of it.
I am able to talk on the phone for a while with a prospective date, carry the convo, and actually make him laugh (R.R from Friday night and Sunday brunch–we spoke for over an hour tonight!)
I could be a tour guide in several dozen cities…and that could be useful in my next job AND my next romance!!
I consider myself really lucky to have this time of renewal and reflection
