Ack! I’ve kind of frittered my morning away on random stuff. Going back and forth, making coffee, doing laundry, straightening up for some friends to come over tonight, blog ideas, facecrack, coffee, laundry, organizing paperwork, reading blogs and OD, watching the news, etc. etc…
Now it’s time to get ready to go to the gym.
I went to the fair yesterday. If I have some time today I’ll post some photos. If not, perhaps during the weekend. Regardless, even though I went solo, it was fun! I’d asked K. if he wanted to go with me sometime during the week and he kept blowing me off, so I was like, hmmmmpppffff and just went by myself! Had a fantastic time snapping pix and getting inspiration for my blog.
The sun has FINALLY decided to start shining. And not a moment too soon. I was getting really down after weeks of clouds and rain. It is just gorgeous outside and is supposed to be all weekend long!
There are all kinds of events going on downtown this weekend and I can’t wait! There are some new major art projects that are having grand openings this weekend, and K. has not invited me to any of it. So I’ve just decided to go by myself. Maybe I’ll run into him. Maybe not. But I know what will happen if I invite HIM to go with ME. He’ll end up having to spend the night at my place ONLY because of the alcohol thing (meaning, he can’t drive his car if he’s been drinking so he ends up staying with me).
That alcohol thing has turned out to be the biggest turn off for me. That and some other things, but I’ve decided that K.’s use to me going forward is going to be strictly for either (1) connections, or (2) easy sex. And yes, I know that this has already been determined in previous entries, but I’m going to say it again so that it will stick. It’s weird because I have a very hard time not getting my heart attached to people in general.
In other news, dating is not happening right now, and that’s okay. I’ve got bigger and more pressing issues at the moment.
Okay. Gotta roll. A million things to do. In the meantime, keep rollin..!
