Central Reservation Affiliated Press:

There was surprise on Mars yesterday as Houbha C Zidr, leader of the most powerful nation on Mars, announced plans to send missions to Heracles.

The plans involve establishing a lunar base on Orbit and then use this base to send manned missions to Heracles, a planet which has interested Martian astronomers for years.

With an election coming up, critics have denounced President Zidr’s plans as an ‘attempt to win votes’, a claim Zidr denies.

“We should always be looking to explore, to expand our horizons”, Zidr explains. “Missions to Heracles are the next logical step in this.”

An earlier Martian probe to Heracles found no signs of intelligent life in the area of Heracles known as The White House.

Despite this, Martian scientists are hopeful of finding such life in other areas of Heracles.
