I don’t think I have mentioned it, but my sister in law has adrenal cancer. Chemo hasn’t helped, so the next step is immunotherapy. Unfortunately, the NHS won’t fund it, so they’re crowdfunding for the money to afford it.
Apart from that, everything is fine. I have a gig in a couple of weeks, assuming it goes ahead. It’s a blues rock band playing an acoustic set, so it should be interesting.
I highly recommend the books We Solve Murders by Richard Osman and Before We Forget Kindness, the latest in the the Before the Coffee Gets Cold series by Toshikazu Kawaguchi.
