I went into work last night and I was hoping that it would be a good night since one of the team leads I worked with had moved on to the associate to driver program. Well as soon as I got there they took me to the office and terminated me for the same thing I was coached for in August. Apparently there were 6 people that contacted ethics saying I approached them about confidentiality and about productivity. And they were uncomfortable with me saying such things so they reached out to ethics. Statements were written and an investigation was conducted and they found from the result of their investigation that I had breached confidentiality which I never did. I went down to open door it and the store manager stands by the termination. The market manager stands by it so I guess I am unemployed now and Monday I am going to start looking for attorneys for wrongful termination. I just think this is wrong on so many levels. Even if it got reversed I am not even sure I would want to work there anymore. I have never been fired before. It hurts to say the least. Especially when I didn’t do anything wrong. I was hoping that this year would be a better year and that things would turn around and they seem to be getting worse as the year goes on. I am also battling a cold that doesn’t help things either. Anyways I just feel like I got the shit kicked out of me. Until next time…….end of line
