My encounter with a BB gun....... Thursday, April 08, 2004 in scarlet_dragon

Boy do I hate Ohio weather.....it seems to be getting nice one moment and when you begin to think you can enjoy it,it's like f* you it's going to snow again in April.Snow in Spring time what a rip off.I personally am just getting tired of having to drag out all my sweaters and jeans and long pants and winter coats and gloves.I love spring and summer because all the clothes are light you don't have to wear socks anymore b/c it's sandal weather.It would be particually nice for me because I am always going back and forth between the apartment and my house and all my winter clothes take up more space and weight more,oh well I am looking forward to the fact that I get to go to Cancun this August with Kris and his parents for his 21st Birthday yahh!!!I've never been there and I like being able to go to new places and visit.So far in my life I've been to Canada,Tenessee,Washington D.C.,Southern Ohio,the Bahamas,Cozumel,Florida Myrtle Beach and I think that's about it so I would like to broden my horizons and be able to travel all over.Well enough rambling on about that I didn't get to write yesterday so I need to update everyone about what went on yesterday.I got to go eat at A&W for the first time since it re-opended again then me Kris and his friend Mike went to the cheap movie theather and saw Lord of the Rings the return of the king because I really love the whole series I"M in LOVE WITH LEGOLAS the elf lol,but that is besides that point and we went to see it in the evening so about 3 and a half hours later it was over, it was a little bit too long for me but I still enjoyed it,it only was long because Kris and Mike can't sit long without getting restless and starting to stir up trouble.Oh yeah and I almost forgot Kris would probably be mad if I told everyone this but O well we were at his old house yesterday feeding his dog because his parents are out of town and we were outside and he found his bb gun and I knew from the start it was going to be a bad idea,well he shoots it all the while I'm getting that saying in my head from the movie a Christmas Story : "You'll Shoot Your Eye Out" well the next thing I know he's standing next to me and shoots a tree and it comes flying back and hits me right in the face,I couldn't believe it so I start crying and he's all like are you ok and I was fine but it did shock me and it did hurt I think I was more concerned if it was going to leave a mark but I was lucky it hit high up on my cheek but it didn't hit my eye,and I checked it today and it didn't leave a mark.But boy I will not let him off that easy about it,I'll tell you what if we end up having kids together and it's a boy you can guarantee it's not going to own a bb gun for sure,but that's about it that happened yesterday,I'm going to get going I will talk to you all later.c-ya
