Talking with honey last evening, I mentioned things had been quieter thug-wise yesterday. We joked about how it was too cold (temps in teens) for the wussies. But then, 10 minutes later, I read the thugs shot another person. Of course, Prissy Krissie announces immediately the thugs were attacked. We all know by now, every announcement that comes out of that office is not to be believed. Like the internal bleeding suffered by the murderer from not being hit by a car. (More likely a bleeding ulcer from the drinking and stress of maiming and killing people.) Anyway, we'll see what comes out with the real evidence.
Several accounts from white US citizens who were detained for 10-12 hours are revealing the thug's latest tactics. First, they will haul you in simply for sitting in your car and filming. Which is constitutionally protected in a public space. Several people have been detained, having said nothing to the thugs, simply filming in a parking lot. They will box you in and/or ram you for simply filming. They will come up to your window and scream "This is your (first, only) warning." without saying what you're being warned about. Second, they have license plate readers, so if you are following them, they will lead you to your home as a way to intimidate you. We know where you live. Third, once a US citizen is wrongly detained, they will offer you money if you provide the names of the anti-thug organizations you are working with and/or provide names of undocumented people you know.
And I need to write this: the people out filming the thugs are not jobless hippy punks. They are the stay-at-home parents, and the retired grandmas and grandpas who just happened upon thug activity at the grocery store, at the restaurant, at the bus stop. People who hold a greater moral responsibility to their community than to the gangster administration. (And yes, the thugs are kidnapping the parents of elementary students waiting at the bus stop, in full view of the children on the bus.)
As I left on my walk I heard something on the radio regarding the demented one and declaring insurrection. I didn't catch the story. But let me be clear, the only ones rising up with guns are the thugs. There are no fires here, no civilians shooting, no looting. The worst is some graffiti and a few broken windows. You'll see the picture of the abandoned thug vehicle today and you will hear the tall tale. Don't believe it. There are only people following their constitutionally protected rights. And I want to say this. If the thugs had been trained sufficiently and within the perimeters set by law, the people would not be out. We are a very law-abiding community. And we will enforce the laws and protect people who are unlawfully being assaulted by masked thugs with guns. Blowing a whistle, banging pots and pans, does not constitute an insurrection.
I woke at 2am wide awake, as I have the last three nights. Last night though, my mind went to the UU sermon I listened to last night: one person steers the plow while the team of many pulls the plow. I calmed myself with the thought that we are pulling the plow right now, and it is difficult work, but in the end we will reap the benefits.
This morning a pickup I didn't recognize drove slowly down my street, window down (it's 12F) and some sort of screen on the steering wheel. I saw it again as I was on my walk. I've mentioned I live a half block from a Hmong charter school. Not looking good.
