Decided to take a break from the series of interrogations and fact finding that is my journey to self discovery and just have some fun.... It was a nice change of pace.
My sister and my two nieces and I headed out to just be girly and frilly and pamper the hell out of ourselves for the day… and you know what my “mojo” is feeling good tonight nothing like getting all dolled up and leaving the salon feeling like a million bucks only to come home and end the day with a bottle of wine, my dog, and the good ole DVR.
I did it for myself and it felt great! No negative energy surrounding me today shook that shit off right away! I will have to find a venue to show off my new look this weekend though so I can say it was not a total self indulgence LOL.
May even be able to sleep tonight for a change, I was just actually sitting here staring at the screen blankly with NO and I mean absolutely NO racing thoughts and not carrying on 10 conversations with myself all at once. Wow the voices are gone LMAO and this is what silence is.... I must embrace this moment and revel in it as they are rarities in my world.
So all in all I must say, today was productive on so many levels my sense of accomplishment may even spill over into the morning.
