[1] What did you do in 2014 that you have never done before?

1) Got on an airplane to meet my online girlfriend. I also went on my first ever couples’ trip when we went to Myrtle Beach together.

[2] Did you keep all of last years resolutions?

I don’t even remember if I had any LOL

[3] Have you any resolutions for next year?

The main resolution is continuing to strengthening our relationship. Jasmine and I made tremendous strides last year, and I want for us to grow closer as a couple.

The second one is to save more money and try paying off old debts.

[4] Did anyone close to you give birth?

Nope!

[5] Did anyone close to you die?

Thankfully; no.

[6] What countries did you visit?

None

[7] What would you like to have in 2015 that you didn’t have in 2014?

Seeing my uncle and his family this year, and I wish I could go out more. I know it sounds crazy considering the number of times I traveled last year, but I didn’t go to any sporting events except when the Atlanta Hawks were playing the Indiana pacers in last year’s playoffs. I also didn’t spend time with friends as much as I used too. That’s mainly because of how tired I am when I come home Friday nights. All I do on Saturday is relax.

January 24th.

[9] What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Working at the other FedEx terminal for close to a year. Also maintaining a lengthy long-distance relationship and passing the 1-year mark :-)

[10] What was your biggest failure?

Being fired from the first FedEx terminal though everyone agrees I shouldn’t have been fired for feeling sick.

[11] Did you suffer any illness or injury?

I did. I had a combination of thrush and canker sore. I couldn’t eat anything solid, so I resorted to juice, apple sauce, and yogurt.

[12] What was the best thing you bought?

Well, my mom and I got the Nissan Sentra last year. The dealership used her credit in order to do the whole no money down thing lol.

[13] Whose behaviour merited celebration?

My girlfriend. She decided she didn’t want to stay glued at home, so she went on two separate flights to Georgia to come and visit me :-).

[14] Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?

My girlfriend’s parents.

My former boss who decided to fire me because I wasn’t going to come to work sick. Then, he threatened me for not turning in the company gas card in time.

[15] Where did most of your money go?

Food, traveling and bills.

[16] What did you get really really, really excited about?

Visiting my girlfriend for the first time back in January 2014. We had talked about it throughout 2013, but we were never able to see it through.

[17] What songs will always remind you of 2014?

a) Fatter or thinner? Probably fatter, but it’s because I’m full on love ;-)

b) Happier or sadder? Happier

) Richer or poorer? Richer.

[19] What do you wish you’d done more of?

Saving money.

Stressing over things I can’t control.

[21] How did you spend Christmas?

I spent Christmas with family and then coming home to get ready for my girlfriend coming over :-)

Of course!

[25] What was your favorite TV show?

Person of Interest, Lizard Lick Towing for a while, 24, The Blacklist, Marvel: Agents of Shield, Covert Affairs, Hardcore Pawn for a while, Power Rangers and Psych. I sure miss Shawn and Gus blah

[26] Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?

Nope

Owner’s manual for the Nissan Sentra LOL

[29] What did you want and get?

Seeing my girlfriend

[30] What did you want and not get?

Transferring back to the FedEx terminal I started at the beginning of the year. Thankfully, I didn’t transfer back.

[31] What was your favorite film this year?

Anything Marvel related lol

[32] What did you do on your birthday and how old were you?

I turned 32. I had to work on my birthday, but it was a relatively short day delivery wise. Most of my businesses were closed, so once I had finished up my deliveries, I stopped at Chili’s for dinner :-).

[33] What one thing made your year more satisfying than 2013?

Physically being with my girlfriend and having a steady job where the pay was better than in 2013.

[34] How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2014?

Whatever’s comfortable LOL.

[35] What kept you sane?

My girlfriend, my collection of adopted sisters, and friends.

[36] Which celebrity did you fancy the most?

None

[37] Which political issue stirred you the most?

The recent mid-term election.

[38] Who did you miss?

My dad.

[39] Who was the best new person you met?

Annie. I learned about her from Jasmine, and Annie really helped Jasmine out during an emotional breakdown she was having a couple of years ago. In order to know more about my girlfriend, I wanted to talk to some of her friends, and they have been so nice to me :-).

[40] Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned this year.

Love can conquer distances
