A bit more literally than usual. It's been uncommonly hot here the last few days, and given my work truck doesn't have aircon, I've been royally roasted. Got back to the office yesterday and H told me I looked like a tomato. I believe her. Even with the windows down doing 60mph, the sun belting off the pavement and the heat rising off the blacktop being forcefully blown at me does not a cooling effect have. Thankfully something weatherish happened over night that dropped the temps by 10F, so I wasn't completely roasted while working in a concrete bunker garage today. Still enough to make me sweat, but not swampass sweaty, at least.
I read a story on Reddit the other day that sounded worryingly like someone I know. I hope she's okay.
Man, I've become crap at this again.
