My ‘to do’ list is getting longer and longer. I have no excuse except for procrastination and laziness.
So I went to Amazon and ordered a couple of sealers for the truck cap and rear door. The first is to keep the rainwater out. The second is to keep the dust out. They will arrive on Wednesday. I am not an Amazon Prime member. I don’t mind waiting, not at all. Besides, Bezos is busy in Italy at the moment. He probably won’t get to it for a while.
Funny thing about that. I am doing my best not to spend money.
I walked over to Shoes 22 to look at the Birkenstocks, the most comfortable footwear I can wear, the only footwear I can wear for all day walking around, and I bought a second pair. They are now my indoor shoes. Breaking them in.
They are the only thing I have bought myself for a long time. And although I didn’t need them yet, I will soon, and I’ve noticed that for some things, like shoes it is best to buy them in season. According to the sales girl, they were selling fast.
Regarding shopping, I’m trying not to do it. I have enough clothing. The plan is to wear everything out and then when I toss something out, buy something new. Or when I get something new for a birthday or Christmas, toss something out. It’s a good plan. I only wear t-shirts and shorts. Some of my t-shirts, most of my t-shirts are getting really old, so I have that to look forward to.
I do have to buy some software. Final Cut Pro. iMovie just isn’t good enough anymore for my main hobby - Youtube.
