My bravada was acting strange. I noticed difficulty turning the wheel and battery light. I assumed alternator was going out. My husband tried to drive it to my mom's to switch to my spare vehicle for us to get a shock. We heard a popping noise and fan belt broke and steam rolled out from underneath my hood. The good news is we manage to safely pull over. We wasn't in a dangerous intersection or anythung. My husband said that's what I get for driving old cars. Iooked at him with tears in my eyes. I am paying my bills with doordash. I couldn't afford a new car payment. My Oldsmobile is from 2001. My spare vehicle dodge Spirit is from 1994. Both paid for.
I am 7 months pregnant high risk. I went to the Dr. They think I have gestational diabetes so I have to start monitoring my blood sugar. I hAd intentions of picking up my diabetes tester when my car broke down.
I have to talk to the mechanic who guaranteed my vehicles after my rebuilt. I got that motor rebuild with a new crate engine. We got it fixed less than 6 months ago. I paid for a warrantee with mechanic and where I bought the motor. I think I might call some people and test if they cover their promises
