Used in Life in General

My mom bought me this electric rachet thing I’ve wanted for a while off my Amazon list (for my birthday) but when I got it in my hands I realized it was absolutely gigantic and really stupid. Yes it was powerful but the point of it was for convenience and if it’s the biggest tool I own that’s the opposite of convenience.

So I asked for a gift receipt and returned it and used the money to buy a steam cleaner. I had my eye on one for a while but it’s $150 and I couldn’t justify it (but everyone on reddit swore by this one brand). However…

… there was a used one available for $50 cheaper. Amazon listed it as “looks new” so basically that means someone opened it, realized it wasn’t right and sent it right back or something.

If you haven’t tried to buy something used off Amazon, you should try it. I have done it many times and only been burned a couple of em, and honestly even then it’s easy to just send it back to them and get a different one. But you end up saving so much freaking money.

Anyway yeah it was untouched. Everything was still in the original packaging, just the box had been opened clearly and some of the shipping material was gone.

I loved it. I started cleaning my shower immediately and it was a dream being able to just blast all the crud out with little effort. Get yourself a good steam cleaner folks.
