My number 8 Video game character is from Honkai Star Rail again, and this time is the Mascot character from the game, March 7th:
She is an android who was found encased in ice (Edit: On March 7th, thats why she's called that), and no Memory, so she always carries a camera around to record memories. But thats not why she's on this list. She is just too darned dorky and little sister like she's adorable. She basically trails the main character and has so much unbridled joy and sweetness its almost sickening but She's great in that manner.
She also switched "Paths" in the game and she's more of a swordswoman instead of an archer and the story was really cute, it was like a mix of a perky anime meets Karate kid
When she activates her ultimate ability, it looks like a training montage "Azure Dragon, White tiger, Eating Less carbs (three pictures, and the last one is her drooling over coffee)
But TBH She's just a great overall perky character who's adorable, and sadly right now she's not in the story because she got sick, and now is encased in a block of ice, because of where the group is at right now. I know she'll get better (She's been voiced in a couple anniversary videos) but right now she's silent and it sucks, HSR needs March and her extreme Dorkyness.
