This is the countdown… maybe even a goal list.
I will run more. I will be my goal weight for my birthday.
I will drink more water. I am going to drink less alcohol.
I am going to be kind to my skin and hair. I will make time for this.
I will make time for my well being. To de-stress.
I am going to roll with the punches and stop letting them keep me up at night.
I am going to accept that if I do not reach my goals that 30 is not the end.
I am going to live to be 31 and not let 30 change me.
