Oh my goodness, what an amazing weekend.
I started a baking blog and I am just so happy about it. I just want to bake everyday and try new recipes and keep on going! I love sharing them! Every week I want to update it and try new recipes and see what I like and don’t like to make.
Friday, Novio and I smoked a beautiful joint and ate some pizza from Whole Foods. Which, by the way, is amazing! Their pizza rocks! And just sitting on our couch, eating pizza, getting high, watching Dr. Who. It was bliss. Pure bliss!
And Sturday consisted of taking a look at REI’s garage sale and then getting ready for our adventure up north. Limantour Beach in Point Reyes National Seashore is by far, the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. It is cold and quit. It is far behind the dunes and bridges that lead to the driftwood and wide shore. It is free and condusive for a large bonfire. And ultimately it is where to go if you want to see the Milky Way! Novio and I bought firewood, packed some wine, and were on our way! It wasn’t until the clouds had rolled in and then disappeared that we were able to see the starry sky. It was brilliant and magnificent and beautiful! I saw MARS and satelites and stars and I cried. I weeped. I felt so tiny and it wasn’t scary. It was magnificent. There are billions of stars in our galaxy and there are billions of galaxies. There has to be life beyond our planet. We can’t be that special. It was the most amazing feeling. Just that night sky. Right above us. It’s huge and absolutely awe defying. We left the park shortly after and headed home. We saw deer, hawks, and coyotes. And to imagin we live only an hour and a half away from this beautiful piece of Earth.
Sunday was spent food shopping, baking delicious cookies, and spending time with my boo.
I’m so grateful for my Novio, my home, and my health. <3
