so I got me a mask
I got me a wig
a bottle of gin
after taking a swig
a bag for my candy
a light for the dark
jack o lantern they call it
and off to the park
the wind is a blowing
but I haven’t a care
because other than head-dress
I have nothing wear
the kids run a screaming
the parents abhor
when I come a knocking
on their Halloween door
Halloween comes naked
its’ true I can’t fudge it
when October comes calling
and I’m on a budget
