Small Steps in I Lived Once

After several months of not doing any work, I am finally able to begin once again. I am still an independent contractor because I prefer it this way for the time being. Who wants anyone telling them what time they begin work, how long they have to continue, pointing out weaknesses rather than strengths you have....I could go on and on about the world of having a boss or any kind of supervisor but it would achieve nothing. The payout today was not good at all, only $25 and some change for two and half hours of work. On a normal day I can make around $40 or slightly more in that amount of time. Then I will have to take approximately 20% out for taxes. It’s okay though…it was just my first day easing myself back out into this absolutely insane world. Small steps can still get you to bigger achievements.
