Look, I’m a big Fallout fan since the original game far back in the beyond time of 1997. I love all of them, even the awful ones - which, granted, make up about half of them if you count the spinoffs. I even liked 76, sort of, which makes me a heretic by the standards of certain joyless kooky bastards in certain quarters (cough No Mutants Allowed cough).
I like the trailer for the show. I don’t think it looks too bad at all, but I’m going to discover for myself when it comes out. My expectations are tempered; I personally dislike almost every videogame adaptation I’ve ever seen, but as a huge Fallout fan I’ll give it a shot. Why not, it’s on Prime.
Anyway, I just took a good look at the poster for the show. Please take a good long look at this fucking thing and see if you can see what I can see:

It’s a fucking AI generated image, partially at least. Amazon and Bethesda have more money than Christ Himself and yet they can’t afford to hire some nerd with Photoshop? Her hand is melting into her gun and she’s wearing her Pip Boy fucking backwards. Which, by the way, has a screen that doesn’t look like a Pip Boy screen.
You really have to wonder about the quality of the production if they half-ass their promotional material like this.
Just halfway through RoboDoc, the making of RoboCop documentary. I highly recommend it to any Robo fan.
