You can’t buy Philiadelphia block cream cheese in the UK. That’s also annoying if you want to make authentic New York cheesecake, because the stuff in tubs does not work properly.

We went llama trekking last weekend though. That was awesomeness. Big, hairy, beautiful, googly-eyed, carrot-munching, two-toed awesomeness.
