My day consists of getting dressed, driving, working, making lunch and smoothies, making dinner, getting ready for the next day, do a 7-min work out, watch some TV, and go to bed. And hopefully if there is room or time in between all of that, coffee trips to Starbucks, taking a walk around the lake, or going out to dinner with friends.

And to top it all off I do a freelance gig while I’m at nest, and I do my graduate school homework all online and all at work as well.

While at nest, we have four TV’s on, one of which is above my desk. For over 6 hours a day I listen to CNN News talk about disease, abuse, destruction, sports, corrupt police, more sports, and a lot of opinion and a lot of circles! so many circles! talking and talking and talking in circles and it’s so hard to listen to it after a few hours it becomes either white noise or it begins to wear on me so much that I become aggravated and irritated with the news. It’s not news, its depression. Sometimes I wonder what happens after all the talking. It seems like nothing.
