Well I feel myself slowly giving into Ashley. If i was in my right mind I would have given in a while ago.
She is an awesome girl and she is saying all the right things. She makes me really happy.
What I have learned through my limited experience with women is they can make you lazy. You don't want to do anything. You forget things you were supposed to do. Women make you feel like you had a huge dinner. Not just any dinner. An amazing dinner with all of your favorite foods. Soul food. You just want to lay down and nap happily. Not a bad thing.
But through it all I want to maintain my writing regimen. I can't forget my goals.
Well I have been listening to my new music constantly. I love it all.
Aunt Jenn and the girls are coming down from Connecticut the weekend of the 30th. Should be fun but it kinda sucks financially because we are going to an amusement park that I have gone to my whole life. The place is legit. And becoming more expensive apparently. I am not exactly crapping money. I got bills now people! But all is good, family is important I suppose.
Game seven of the finals was heartbreaking. TIM DUNCAN NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. But I do respect LeBron and the Heat. Just was rooting for the Spurs.
Been having some strange dreams. Been using my dream journal idea. Writing down my dreams when I wake up.
Nothing else I can think of to write.
Work Tomorrow 2-10. Long but good shift.
Number 10 --- Which sex do you think has it easier in our culture? Have you ever wished you were of the opposite sex?
Tough question here. Sensitive topic. Battle of the sexes.
Before we begin, I am a dude.
I would guess that it is girls that have it tougher. But not by much to be honest.
I think it is very close to being equal in difficulty. I think this is, in a large part, because of the internet. Social Media. Whatever, you know what I mean. Both sexes see images of what the ideal male/female looks like online. So body image is pretty even in my opinion.
Employment wise I also believe it is pretty even. I don't see THAT many females getting turned down because she's a girl nowadays.
Politics? Well honestly females seem to have it harder. Males still mostly dominate various political seats. But that is changing rapidly too. I see a whole lot more women being chosen for political seats. Probably more now than any other time in history. So women seem to be on the upswing in politics.
I'm not gonna sit here and list off the various challenges that each sex faces. That would seriously take forever.
This is SERIOUSLY a hard question. But I think women have it harder but only slightly.
I don't know. This was a good question. (THROWS HANDS INTO THE AIR IN FRUSTRATION)
No. I have never wished to be a female.
