I hate fibromyalgia in Just Life

I feel useless right now. My mother in law Dee, husband and I are trying to mow mom’s grass and my fibromyalgia is so bad I am sitting and crying. I wish my medication would kick in. I need to just quit feeling helpless. I want so bad to get this done..
