Northern lights in Hello.

Last night we had really strong northern lights. I live in the very North of England, but apparently they could be seen as far south as Spain! We live opposite a patch of grass, so when John came home from work, we went and sat out and observed. I was in my pyjamas, and after a while got chilly. But John went in and got hot drinks, snacks and a blanket. The lights were spectacular. Even though we had a street light, they were so clear that we could see them dancing around. We were talking to other people who were out looking at them and I even bumped into a couple of ex colleagues!
I have to say, it was absolutely amazing. I was in total awe.
Today is a scorcher and I’m off work, woohoo! Me and Eleanor are off to the seaside shortly.
