So in my attempt to really write more often - I stole this survey from TellTaleHeart
A - age: 35
B - bed size: King - and my bed is my favorite place to be in my house.
C - chore you hate: Laundry! Ick! Luckily, my husband has happily owned that chore!
D - dog's name: _ <- there isn't a dog.
E - essential start-your-day item: 16oz of coffee with natural bliss creamer. I even take some of that creamer with me when I travel, like the snob that I am. (Ha!)
F - favorite color: I'm a blues kind of gal.
G - gold or silver: Silver
H - height: 5'3 3/4" technically. The DMV makes me 5'4.
I - instruments you play(ed): Once it was the piano and the violin. Now it's nothing. The guitar has snagged my interest, though.
J - job title: Senior Client Benefit Analyst. (That "senior" came with my review this year)
K - kids: two - a son who is almost 12 and a daughter who will be 8 in Nov.
L - living arrangements: In a house in a snooty suburb with those children and my husband.
M - mom's name: Carolyn
N - nicknames: FabuLaura, Lala & Lolma
O - overnight hospital stay: I spent two fabulous weeks at the hospital resort and spa before my daughter was born. I mean for the price, it could've been a spa.
P - pet peeve: whistling
Q - quote from a movie: "What? What ain't no country I've ever heard of! They speak English in What?"
R - right or left handed: Right!
S - siblings: I've got one of each.
T - time you wake up: the very last possible minute. And I will lay in bed and tick things off my list of things I should do in the mornings that I can just do later in order to sleep in for a few more minutes.
U - underwear: I am so lame. I wear the cotton bikini style that come in multipacks.
V - vegetable you dislike: I really don't love broccoli. I'm a veggie fanatic though and I pretty much eat them all. I hate Lima beans, but I think they're considered a legume, which isn't actually a vegetable.
W - ways you run late: I under estimate how much time I need to get ready.
X - x-rays you've had: I've broken a couple of bones - so those have been x-rayed. Plus my dental ones every year.
Y - yummy food you make: I'm a pretty decent cook. I've pretty much nailed most Italian dishes. I'm not a baker, so much. There's too much exact precision required. I like to be a toss in whatever sounds good kind of cook.
Z - zoo animal: I am a big fan of the Okapi. It looks like a little bit of leftover parts of all kinds of animals and I'm always so amused by it.
