Well, I'm still here. The pre-sentence report was excellent, but because I have this outstanding Crown matter, the magistrates adjourned my sentencing until after the Crown has sentenced me for their matter.
The upshot of this is that, since it's unlikely that the Crown will sentence me to prison, neither will the magistrates. In short, it's all looking good, baby.
