I desperately want to volunteer here someday.
Baaaaats! I just want to live there for like a month and be surrounded by baby flying foxes. It would be so wonderful!
Lately I've been thinking about life beyond vet school. Or rather, trying to. If all goes well with my health I'll be done with school (hopefully for good!) in May 1016. It's so hard to imagine life with an actual, real-life, adult job. I've been working for so many years to get to that point but I haven't really thought of life beyond school. Aaron will hopefully be starting school for Public Health/Epidemiology the fall after I graduate, so I'll get to repay him for the years he's taken care of me while I've been in school. And I'll have a job that pays better than $10 an hour, which is a bizarre concept to me. And having a life aside from just school...I really can't fathom it. My brain just can't handle it. What do people do????
I really want a donut.
I'll have my 2nd to last chemo on Tuesday. It's weird to both dread and welcome something so equally.
