Today I washed two loads of laundry, fed the cats (twice), bought groceries and collected 33c/gallon of fuel perks for John so he'll save about five bucks filling up his tank tomorrow... then I came home and roasted chicken legs, and after a pain pill I made a carrot cake (boxed, but yummy), and loaded the dishwasher. Not bad for a day where I felt sick as a dog and didn't think I'd get five feet from the bathroom until lunchtime! (oh, and 'lunch' was soup and crackers at four o'clock so I was light-headed all the way around the grocery store...)
The girls are getting used to being fed at 9 (or so) and 6pm... but poor Scouty was sicking up clear stuff at five this morning so I think it's too long between meals for her overnight. She ate a normal breakfast so I'm not worried about her, but I think we need to offer them a small snack at bedtime so their tummies aren't empty all night long. I don't get up until at least eight am unless I have an appointment to go to, and it takes me awhile to get mobile enough to feed them, so they can't have breakfast any earlier than nine.
