I feel a bit anxious about the presentation. I’m not sure why? A psychologist told me I had Expectation anxiety. The anxiety of worrying about future anxiety. Which sounds kind of absurd. I guess just stop trying? Like in subtle art?
I liked watching others do their presentations. Maybe it sooths me. I helped a lot to watch planes taking off when I was scared of flying.
I think maybe I shall watch compilations of students giving presentations.
