so rachel and i are going on a date on friday.
we had planned saturday but her sister isn't available to watch the kids so it is friday. after we grabbed breakfast downstairs at work, she sent me this message.
"what if on a day we both planned to work we tell [our boss] never mind and go out instead?"
granted this week is optional, but it's nice, flattering even, that she would choose me as a priority and make this choice. it's extra money that she's missing out on as well. i hadn't planned on working friday anyway, so it works out.
it is amazing that we both started working together at our new jobs at the exact same time.
and when i texted her that it was amazing how life goes, she replied:
"a LOT of things had to happen for us to both end up at [work] at the same time. everything happens for a reason. ..we just never know until things start"
she might actually like me, though she won't admit it....yet.
"Listen transparency is mas importante. However, you haven't even taken me out yet so I can't lay my cards down yet. I don't know if its safe yet...and thats 3 yets in one point hopefully emphasizing the possibility of the time coming..."
