COVID rest days and money in Life

My rest days from work on Thursday and Friday were spent at home looking after the wife who had COVID and our toddler. Even though she was the only one with symptoms and a positive test I decided to remain at home with toddler incase we were carrying it. She is now recovered and life is back to normal.
Saturday at work wasn’t too bad. I had planned to go present shopping for the wife after work but Google maps was showing red traffic round the shopping complex and reporting ‘as busy as it gets’. I will probably just do Amazon shipping from now on.
Sunday massively dragged. I had a bad nose all day so felt like crap. I am pretty sure it’s all the dust that is in the warehouses that caused it. I had to change trucks halfway through the day and that just completely kills my momentum.
I am constantly worrying about our money situation. The wife has received her last payment from her job. Now the responsibility to earn is fully on me again. At the moment I am barely doing that. I know I need to move jobs as this job doesn’t reward enough. The problem is I’m comfortable with the job and the hours and I really don’t have the motivation to put myself out there for interviews and assessments. But I know that I have to.
