Second Trimester in Baby #3

Finally in the second trimester and I am feeling pretty good. Headaches occasionally, nausea still around sometimes and I can't get by without an afternoon nap, but overall good.

MFM did an u/s Monday and everything measures correctly - baby looks perfect! Blood flow looks normal and heparin injections are not needed at this time.

I am counting down the weeks until December 23 (when I'll be 35 weeks and can deliver at the birth center!) - not much longer. :-) I am convinced that we will have another unmedicated natural (non-induced), painless, relaxing labor and delivery. Still having baby girl dreams, but the u/s had me questioning that - also did an intelligender and it showed boy… it was correct last time, but I have read that boy results are less accurate than girl results.

About that intelligender test… if you are unfamiliar with them, they are sold at cvs/wallgreens/target and claim that you can mix your urine with this solution in a cup and if it stays yellowish/orange it is a girl and green is a boy. Well… mine was green, btu after about 4 minutes it started fizzing and EXPLODED! Beau thought it was hilarious, but I disagree. It was a little frightening and smelled horrible lol. I emailed the company and not only did they offer to send me a replacement, they are sending me a full refund as well. I didn't complain to them at all, just asked what I could have done wrong and wanted to insure that the concoction was not toxic after it exploded all over me. They were extremely nice and very accommodating with a quick response and went above and beyond what I expected. The test was $35, so I am glad they are refunding, but I would have expected either the refund or the replacement, not both. It was a nice surprise and sweet gesture on their part. --- of course Adam ruined my happy moment by just saying they do that so they don't get sued lol.
