Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022 in Last Year of Middle School ~ 8th grade ~ 2022-2023~

In 1st period, I went to ELA. We did a discussion about “Copper Sun”. I only talked once, and I was supposed to do that twice. We had a 2nd-period math test, which I don’t think I did too well on… Anywayyyyy in 3rd period, it was pretty calm. I listened to “True Love” (the playlist moos made about us) I walked down to lunch with Moos, and he sat down at his table. I guess his friend is having a rough time going through his breakup. I was pretty anxious during lunch. I haven’t been eating much lately. I’ve had nearly no appetite. All I ate for lunch was a fruit cup- and I didn’t even eat breakfast. Oh well. Then, I went to pride, where I worked on some school stuff. Next was science, where we filled out a science flip book about layers of the earth. Then, I had… GYM!!! It’s my favorite class of the day because of Moos <3 So, I went to gym, and I changed in the locker room. Kiarra walked into the locker room a short while after me, and we ran back into the gym. I’m really lucky- my attendance spot is right next to Moos! Nolan sits behind Moos, but he ends up scooting up by us. Today we were supposed to play football, but it was an option to walk the track. All of us who are friends decided to walk the track. It was Kiarra, Travis, Brayden, Nolan, Moos, and I. Moos reached over and held my hand for a little while, but once Kiarra pointed it out, we kinda stopped for a little while. Nolan noticed as well. That was bad- why? Well- about a minute after he noticed and Moos and I put our hands in our pockets, Nolan said to me: “Moos wants you to f–k his b—s” (I don’t believe Moos said that- Nolan is just funny) Nolan always catches me off guard when he says these things. I kinda did some sorta awkward run away five feet then return to the group type thing. Moos said to Kiarra and Travis that he thinks they still have something going on between them. (Travis is Kiarra’s ex) I agree with Moos on that. A little later on the track, Moos and I held hands for a bit again. It was the best day of my life. <3 Kiarra and I went back into the locker room because class was ending, and she said “Were you and Moos just holding hands, or was I hallucinating?!?!?!” I just looked up at her and smiled. I think I saw her have a happy tear. She’s a matchmaker type of person. She’s also a really great friend. We went back into the gym and we had to walk to 9th period, but we all took the long way. In 9th period, we did some review. Then, I walked out with Moos and everyone else. I got home, and my parents and I went in the car to go to Yoyo’s. We went for a quick dinner and picked up Nora and Violet. Moos was going to Cedar Point for Halloweekends. We texted while he was on the way there. We came up with nicknames for each other. His are “Ry” and “Handsome” and mine are “V” and “Darling” <3 Around 10:30 fireworks were going off at Cedar Point, and loud banging noises scare him, so he texted me and said his heart was racing. I suggested taking deep breaths and closing his eyes. He said it helped, and he calmed down. We were texting till about 12:30 and I went to bed at 1. I get to wake up at 6 tomorrow as well. Yay. It was worth talking to him though. He even said that Gingy (Nolan) told him that we were a great couple, and Midgey (Brayden) was trying to get Moos to kiss me today. Sidenote: He also texted me and said that we can’t go skating together on the 24th because he’s going to Cedar Point with his aunt. :(
