Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022 in Last Year of Middle School ~ 8th grade ~ 2022-2023~

I woke up but I never really slept much anyway. After last night, I was filled to the brim with anxiety. My parents acted like normal, nothing seemed different about how they acted. I’ll fast forward to later in the day. Around 12, I started getting ready for the family gathering we’re going to. I got on a dark blue and white tie-dye t-shirt, and some black shorts. Along with an Old Navy zip-up hoodie. I got my bathing suit in a bag because we were likely to go swimming there. Once everyone was ready, we piled my dad, mom, both of my sisters, and me in the car. My parents picked up some food from a local restaurant to bring to the party. Then, we were heading over to the family gathering. It’s about 45 minutes away and we’re related to the person who owns the house. I’m not exactly sure how we’re connected, but I do know they have lots of land, a pretty big house, fish, dogs, chickens, ducks, and a turkey. They also have a huge pool with a slide and a diving board. They have a trampoline and a beach volleyball thing set up. We got there, and I hung around the people I know. Aunt Mary-Ann and Uncle Joe. I also played with the dogs and they were sooooooo cute!!! I really want a dog. I ate and was still waiting for my cousins to arrive. They got there a little while after my parents left. I was going to go home with Yoyo because my parents had to get back home to get the kids to bed. Anna, Ladi, John, and I got in the pool and we went swimming. Then, we were getting ready to play beach volleyball. Before I went to play beach Volleyball, I told Yoyo about Moos. She was shocked and didn’t believe me. During Volleyball I did… decent? We left shortly after Volleyball, and on the car ride home, Yoyo and Karen were asking me questions about Moos. It was funny yet embarrassing. I got home and ended up going to bed shortly after. I CAN SEE MOOS TOMORROW!!! YAYYYYYY!!!!!
