I thought this was important to post.

Mostly because I think I am in fast food withdrawal. I'm legit fantasizing about french fries and cheeseburgers. Normally I try to analyze cravings to find the nutrient I'm missing, and am pretty successful, but unless I'm after pure fat and grease and cheese (well, maybe the cheese), this is a mental thing that must be broken.
That said, tomorrow is totally my cheat day, because the office is going to Steak & Shake for lunch.
