Silicon smoothness in Hot town, summery in the city - 2017

Our hairdresser is really good therefore she’s booked up weeks in advance. And that is why I found myself there twice in one day recently as she couldn’t fit T and L in at the same time. So I spent my time on a chair, watching the world of the hairdresser go by and chatting with a small boy (on my second visit) who said, “you look like a man but I think you’re a lady.” to me. I agreed that yes, I am a lady. Then I asked if he was a lady too 🤣🤣 his dad, at that point, was trying to make himself as small a possible while sitting two seats away from me 🤣🤣

Anyway. I digress. I noticed that as Jess (the amazing hairdresser) was sweeping up the hair (large quantities from T who has gone very short including shaved sides) that the sweeping brush had silicon bristles and the hair brushed up brilliantly.

As you know, we have cats.

You may not know. The vast majority of the house has laminate flooring.

I bought one of those brushes and OH MY GOD, i want to sweep the entire house. In fact I may buy another for upstairs so there’s always one to hand! It’s a total dream.

Wait, when did I become middle aged?! 🤣🤣🤣
