Feeling good in The art of being lazy

Happy Friday. It has actually been one,I weighed in today for my trainer, and I am down 8 pounds, in almost 3.5 weeks. I know a lot of that is water weight but I am feeling better more energetic, less blah. I ran, well half ran, half walked 45 minutes on the treadmill then ten minutes on the dreaded stair master. I HATE the stair master, with a passion. Then it was 30 minutes work out with my trainer Joey, love that guy, he cracks me up and takes my mind off the fact that he is essentially torturing me. The best part though is the ten blissful minutes on the massage bed I get after. Lets face it that is the main perk of this job.
My accidental roommate moves out tomorrow, granted I have to help her for a few hours but I get my home back and that is wonderful. Hubby is happy too, that means he can stay up late and game and then crash in the guest room on weekends. Instead of waking up his cranky wife. Plus her dog marks and poops everywhere, and I do mean everywhere.
Back to work! I have a large Ice Tea from Starbucks, my pup is with me today, and I am listening to my favorite murder podcasts..perfect Friday
