Is it time to call it quits? in Hi!

What do we do? Two people that are supposed to be I love do not go multiple days without speaking to each other...have we taken this relationship as far as it will go? When do you know it's time to move on? I am so confused. I don't even know what I want you to do at this point? Do I want.
