first official therapy session was actually really good. the lady was so sweet and for the first time i was able to say the things that has been bothering me out loud with no filters. i feel like i said more than i did to the doctor. i already scheduled an appointment for next sunday and it’s weird to say it but i’m sort of excited.
i have class tomorrow, i still have a weird anxious feeling about it but not nearly as much as before so i think that’s a good sign??
