Isn’t it all supposed to be figured out by now? I’m busy coaching my 20 year old son about career paths and future advice, and I’ve been without a job four months, trying to start my own company.. and I’m getting swallowed by it. I’ve never started a business. I’ve always been motivated to exceed expectations of others, but exceeding for myself is a new beast. It doesn’t feel natural yet. One step at a time, but I need to start setting a goal post to get to so that I’m not taking a single step a day.
