Where do I begin? I’m going, to be honest, it’s taken me days to write something It’s like whenever I see this blank page everything I want to talk about is gone. I forgot what it’s like to keep a diary, journal whatever this meant to be. I got inspired to write this diary from Eden, my daughter, she mentioned to me that she wanted her own diary for Christmas which brought me back to when I was her age and since then I’ve been wanting to write one. I felt having a physical diary would be hard for me to write in because I’d have to remember to write in it so I googled if there were any online diary places and then found this place… I guess this is where I talk about my day?
It was a busy-ish day. Today was Eden’s Last day of high school before the Christmas holidays and she finished earlier than usual, she spent the day at our local church singing Christmas carols with her classmates and her teacher Mrs Duran. Whilst she was at high school I did our weekly grocery shop and then re-watched the first couple of episodes of Once Upon A Time a show which I was obsessed with when I was younger before picking Eden up from school and then taking her down to our local bakery like we do every Friday to get a sweet treat, unfortunately, the bakery ran out of sweet treats and only had bread so we went to the Co-op and got us some cupcakes instead.
Eden flew upstairs straight into her room when we got back as always and I took advantage of this had some time to relax. Tomorrow, Eden and I will be going to my parents for Christmas and I’m more than excited.

Also please comment if you’re reading this. I don’t want to be a bother but I want some advice on whether this was good enough. I’m not sure if there’s a specific way to write or like some community guidelines I should know about other than ones I was told or whatever.
