we were going away
down south to the crags
where Missy May flung herself
down south to the drags

we flicked our toes at the edge
writing our names in the night
swatting fireflies away
because to hell with the light

you were crass
you were mean
you always longed to be seen

i was meek
i was mild
i longed to always be clean

but you kept rushrushrushing
me to the winds of change

and i blushblushblushed
until no fear remained

and sure enough, we leapt
little lemmings, to and fro
you told me to reap
and the rocks, they made me so.
