Yesterday was a busy day in planning for our ceremony. In the afternoon we went back to the bridal shop to have the final fitting/adjustment of my husband's dress. The guy there did wonders and it really looks like it was made for my husband's body (which clearly it was not). My husband was very pleased, and he should have been. The gown was very expensive, but it made him happy and that's what matters most. This will likely be the only time in his life he gets to wear a fancy dress like this.

After that we had a brief meeting with the woman who will performing our ceremony to finalize some of the wording. The last time we talked with her I had expressed interest in being somewhat ambiguous with my gender. This time I told her I want to be referred to as male and as the husband. She seemed pleased with that and told me she had been worried about misspeaking during the ceremony because she saw me as male. I appreciated her saying that.
